But, the watch doesn’t turn on an off with the button. It times out, and you cannot get it back on without holding the button on for a long time and when it comes on the time hasn’t changed. The watch was charged to 99%, never reached 100%. I have no idea what to do. I’ve had Versa 2s with no problems.

Unfortunately it would not retain a charge. I contacted the seller and they had me initiate a return. As soon as the item was scanned at USPS a full refund was made. I would recommend this seller and would purchase from them again.

Seller did their best, this was an international purchase so it gets a little complicated when there are issues, but as stated a compromise was reached.
