    1965 Honda CA77

    I used this kit to convert a CA77 to tapered bearings in the steering head, the OEM top bearing is 24 mm id so a sleeve is required to adapt to 26 mm supplied in this kit, all else is the same, the thicker bottom spacer that is supplied was used, also a spacer for the top was machined to allow use of the original top bearing cover. If you have a lathe or access to one it's doable.

    A good upgrade

    This was not my first time installing these bearings. So it was routine for me. If it's your first time, watch a YouTube video. They work quite well. I've used them on a lot of the motorcycles I've owned.
