    This Seller did not understand that Packaging a Unit like this NEEDS a Lot of Packing Material to Prevent Damage in Shipping. Seller used a Box of Thin Cardboard that was the Same Size as the Unit, with NO Padding At All. The Unit was Damaged Beyond Repair. At least the seller issued a full refund, without forcing me to ship it back. Which would have been a Waste of his money for the label, and a waste of My Time and Expensive CA Gas to take to a Shipper.

    New tray and now the printer is working again

    Maybe a bit pricey, but you don't find parts anymore for this printer and instead of replacing the entire device (which is certainly more expensive and creates waste) getting a new tray does the trick
