Unfortunately Fed Ex managed to put the package on a truck for delivery 65 miles from my house and then lose the package into a black hole. Good communication with the seller and once Fed Ex admitted it was lost and gone forever and I requested a refund the refund was given very quickly. I'm not happy - because I really wanted the tubes - but not in any way the fault of the seller.
