To make it worse, I was charged an inflated shipping rate which didn't reflect the items actually included in the sale. When it arrived at my door, things were bent, broken, and unusable due to poor packing. Seller is unwilling to help remedy, instead claiming it's fine because I "got such a good deal". What a joke!
