    The item listed for sale was inadvertently designated as a powered locomotive. The box was labeled as such. The locomotive when received is a “ dummy” unit. These mistakes can happen to any seller. Once I brought this information to the attention of the seller he quickly, and I must say very generously, offered two ways to make things right.     Some are good, but this one was bad.

    This particular loco looked good, but... When I tried it on the track smoke came out, and not from the smoke unit either. The electronics smoked. Then when I took it apart, three of the screw towers shattered. Maybe it had been stored in extreme temperatures, or maybe someone had already taken it apart and jammed the screws back in. Who knows?
