    Have taken multi vits and minerals as needed for decades. Am so impressed with these, have ordered another jar, despite the price having risen a bit. With feeling full of life on these, what's a few pennies? All the time this selection of ingredients works for me, I'll not be not messing about looking for anything else.

    Expensive compared to multivits with iron.

    Purely personal. My doctor advised switching from multivitamins with iron to those without such as this one. I have taken my one a day for decades. The non iron examplesxare considerably more expensive than the alternative.

    It's one a day, small and easy to swallow and free of iron which is recommended for some existing health problems, unfortunately its sometimes hard to find advertised if you can't remember the maker.

    Multi Vitamin and Minerals without Iron

    Unable to take supplements with iron due to genetic condition so these are ideal for me. I know that iron supplements can cause constipation so would be suitable for anyone with that particular issue. Excellenet value.
