When I brought this up, she was rude and dismissive, despite clear proof from the label. She eventually admitted to keeping the extra as ‘driving and tape money,’ even though her listing stated shipping only—not handling. Of nearly 3,000 feedback this is the only negative one in over a year and only a handful in 20 years. Can't please some people....

The shipment took longer than expected but I believe that was due to the shipping service, not the seller.
