      I ordered this item as BRAND NEW, but received a clearly USED product. It shows obvious signs of wear and didn’t even come in the original packaging. This is false advertising and completely unacceptable. I demand a partial or full refund immediately, or I’ll escalate this issue. Very disappointing and dishonest. ABSURD!

You were advised to return the item for a full refund according to policy, but you did not want to do it. Instead, you requested a partial refund. It is common practice to return the product for a full refund if you are not satisfied with it. You did not want to return it, meaning that you are satisfied with it.
