    "A Impressionistic Director With a Vastness Of Titles"

    I am enjoying going through the movies associated with Oliver Stone. His portrayal of Nixon appeared to be quite balance in their were parts that of him that were impressive and parts that were quite dark. Mr. Stone is an impressionist who's direction of various themes are made by dabbling with a giant palette of mix colors as can be seen in his movie of Jim Morrison of the Doors or "Natural Born Killers" which are two quite different story lines with oddly similar giving off his unique understanding of life. The product was shipped right away and its contents were juicy with ideas and liberties of the director. A great buy.

    Superb Stone Compilation[with a couple of not quites].

    Oliver Stone has been one of my favorite directors since "Salvador". His consistency of vision and narrative skill in cinematically expressing it have made his films a must-see for me throughout his career; from the masterpieces [JFK | Salvador| Natural Born Killers| Platoon] through the consistently excellent down to fascinatingly quirky [U-Turn] and unfortunately overlong but still worth seeing [Heaven and Earth|Any Given Sunday]. "Alexander" was made and released after this particular collection was compiled. Enough said.
