The only thing that was disappointing was i pressumed the item was in Australia going by the sellers advertisement, hence why I ordered, where in fact it was coming from the U.K. so it took longer to arrive. So I felt that was false advertising. But apart from that, everything has been fine. It's great to walk our dog ( beagle ) to give her some freedom while still being attached.
