    I wish to thank the Seller for a very pleasant transactional experience. The item arrived timely & well packaged. However, through NO FAULT of the Seller, the item was not functional. It had to do with lack of proper software support from the manufacturer/vendor; in this case, ASUS, for Apple-Mac, for which I, the buyer, procured the item.
