I messaged the seller who then passed the blame to FedEx. I called FedEx who said they couldn’t help me because the box arrived in tact and wasn’t properly labeled “fragile.” Seller didn’t seem to care at all. Even if FedEx had not been gentle with the box, that doesn’t cause these issues. 1 pic with a screen working isn’t proof this was fully functional. Now I’m just out. The condition of the item was much wurst then I expected as the box was very beat up with signs of tape ripping off details as well of signs of the box being dropped/ thrown. For paying close to store prices I expected better quality. It appeared to be kept in very poor conditions before getting in my hands

As a result the headset had no support at all while it was being shipped. The packaging arrived super taped and tattered. There was a large dent in it. The headset was bent when it arrived. I am unsure if it was due to to the poor packaging or if it didn't work before hand, but the left side of the headset does not work. The Mike also doesn't work when I tried it out. It is not as it was described in the listing. Do not buy!
