I did everything to help, but this is a textbook case of RETURN ABUSE, And buyers last photos prooves just that. Kickstand broke at stress point, not like it would from transit damage.

Product was perfectly fine quality for the price. Contacted me to let me know they were just off to post it as well (and had already been on their way out to the post office but got the message and went back home to do parcel up mine) Will buy from again.
