Seller apologised and offered a partial refund but when I opened a request for the seller to action this, eBay issued an immediate full refund. (Probably due to the high international import postage taxes/fees, returning would not be cost effective?) Positive feedback as seller was going to resolve issue, but eBay did so automatically.
