Battery is only 8.38V and i know they should at-least be 9V or 9.11V full charged. Please check and send another that's over Between 9V and 9.5V when you test it when full charged asap or ill need to loge the results as feedback for all to see if not resolved. you can see in the pic attached that it says and that's meter has been right 100% of the time.

Don't buy these ones. They are absolutely cheap quality. The double sided tape used doesn't stick at all even after warming them and the wheel surface with a heat gun. The worst rim protectors I've used so far. Contacted the seller about it. Seller is offering the silent treatment. So if you buy anything from these blokes and you've got a problem with their goids you are on your own. Good luck buying from them.
