You ordered and we delivered. In the Ebay listing under SHIPPING we clearly stated we'll send out from 'our' SAFEBRAKE factory in Malaysia if no stock in Melb. You agreed to this. Also when you purchased there was notification that we are on holiday overseas and there may be delays. But you still bought it. Eventhough we're on holiday we still honour it and work hard to deliver to you.
