They did a *TERRIFIC* job transferring my media to a format I could use, even meeting my needs for dinosaur tech in I got a CD instead of a digital file. The sound quality on my records was out of this world, it's so good, even on a 45' over 50 years old! The seller is also honest to a fault and I got my media I sent in the mint condition and the CD back FAST, FAST, FAST! Shipping back to me was free, which was extremely generous! A+++++++++++++++++
