Really great quality none see-through fabric with lots of stretches I am a 5.9 height and I went for the size 3. If you have a small back like me waist 25 you may need to take it in but nothing that you could not do from home. The legs strap is wide which is amazing and the overall wear is beautiful. I have long arms so they come up about 3 quarters but it just creates a cute look.Bottom line you can squat and bend forward and feel secure.
