Seller is great. Fast shipping. Product is awful, though not the seller's fault. One side of the zipper is longer than the other so the two half panels do not line up when closed. Credit card pockets are so tight. Only using this for a credit card storage so only I will see it. Two of the slots are not closed on the bottom so the card goes into the money pocket. For the price it is ok for my purpose

I received only 24 of the 32 purchased packets of incense. The incense itself is excellent. I was a little concerned that all the individual boxes were shipped in a soft-sided mailer. Incense is sensitive to pressure allowing the precious product to pull away from the stick.
That said, I notified the company that I was shorted 8 boxes. Their response was prompt and I received a $10 credit which I greatly appreciated. I suspect I will do future business with company - but shipped in a box.
