    The seller communicates well and I believe is trying to correct what happened. The seller is in Korea and therefore it took 16 days to arrive in Florida--this I predicted. The item I bought was not described carefully (the seller feels this was an eBay problem of posting the wrong photo with the item). What I received was a new set of pliers in original package but I thought from the ad there was 2 pliers for sale. The seller has taken down the listing after I reported it to him.
