They are really good at communicating and rectifying and are not too expensive. It was good to find boots in a colour and style that is not available in many places and their products are well packaged.Very friendly people to shop with i must say. I think the delivery actually arrived sooner than i was expecting.

Fortunately the seller has quickly acted to rectify things as best they can so they must have made a genuine mistake after all which can happen to anyone. The boots are a nice colour and i was happy with the price and they have very good customer service if anything does go wrong. I just wish i could have worn them. Will just look for another pair

DO NOT buy from this seller at all🛑 it’s a fraud. I ordered a shoe from them and they send me so bad quality product and it’s not a free return. They giving me a hard time to return their item. They said it’s a free return but didn’t send me a free return label. It was so difficult for me sending their item back. Still in process I haven’t received my full refund and postage cost.
Item was totally different from the original picture.
