Received different coin to what was in photo and described ,contacted seller twice say he doesn't know what happened.the coin I received was far less value than the coin on photo and described won't deal with this seller again.offered a refund but wanted my bank details,

I requested buyer send item back for a full refund. Buyer refused and said he would keep item but wanted a partial refund on purchase,or would leave negative comments.
THE FIRST TIME IN FIFTEEN YEARS I HAVE BEEN BLACKMAILED out of approximately 20,000 sales.
I requested bank details to send buyer $6 tracking postage cost so he would not be out of pocket.
Steer clear of this buyer who is clearly trying to get items for a cheaper price.
