I have been taking these from this supplier for nearly a year now as an antidote to severe leg night cramps caused by regular medication. This had been dealt with by quinine sulfate but this seems to be out of favour. I came across a comparitive study of quinine sulfate and vitamin e which showed vitamin e to be almost as effective as quuinine sulfate; this has been my experience over the last year.
