The shipping was reasonably fast, and the bracelet was packed well. It is also really lovely. However, the safety chain broke immediately upon unclasping, and the clasp is almost impossible to fasten due to stiffness. For a faux Pandora bracelet it looks very nice, but just don’t expect superior quality.
