      Can use this model in real car application on PLUS side! Good job.

      Most of these current shunt meters can only be placed on the NEG side of power source. That's fine for solar and other lower current setups, but NOT in a typical automotive situation because of the engine starter. When you place the shunt from a NEG only meter in the circuit, ALL power to car goes through it. So, when you crank the starter, 300-700 amps flows through the shunt! If the meter supports a 1000 amp shunt, fine, but I didn't want that. Finally, they came out with a meter that supports placement of shunt in the PLUS side of electrical system! NOW I can monitor the voltage and current in the car MINUS the starter motor! It works great!
