Hydro-fit gloves are fabulous for swimming and water aerobics. The lycra ones are the absolute best! They give you webbed fingers, are comfortable, and totally flexible. They provide a lot of increased water resistance for your arms and enhance your swimming strokes. (Remember to keep your shoulders down). I'm hesitant though to rave about them because they are very difficult to find and I'm not too sure how many this company has. Neoprene gloves aren't as effective or as comfortable.

I ordered these Hydrofit gloves because of recommendations from other water fitness participants in my class. I was not happy with others I bought that had open fingers and were not very flexible. I noticed other wearing the full finger hydrofit gloves and asked about them. They are great.
