I tried contacting the seller multiple times and never received any response. Returned through eBay returns. Now the seller has blocked me from ordering a replacement. No customer service at all. I understand that mistakes happen, but there was no attempt to make it right and then to block me as if I did something wrong. All I ever wanted was the correct part that I ordered. We committed a mistake and we issued a full refund. A simple message would had gotten you an other chip shipped the same day, but the customer gave us no opportunity to correct the issue. I recommend buyers to block "sdave_lxk" as well.
