    The power supply had a short circuit it made rattling noises and tripped my circuit breaker and I had no power in my study

    Buyer told us that the original charger was lost one year ago, laptop hasn't been powered up for one year. We have tested the power adapter before we ship it out. So it could be caused by the dirt or moisture build up inside the laptop DC power jack socket after no usage for long time. We provided cleaning socket solution to buyer, hopefully issue will be fixed.
