I own a set of Cutco knives($750). These are just as sharp. I have other ceramic knives and have found them to retain their edge very well. (the knives I already own are the reason I bought the full set of these.) My sister tried to cut chicken bones and found that the edge breaks. makes sense. they are not metal. I would recommend these to anyone, just don't expect them to hold up against bones like a metal knife will. delivery was quick

My wife picked up two of these knives during the Christmas holiday at a local department store for $20 dollars. I've cut beef, pork, chicken, turkey, ham, fruits, vegetables with them, cuts beautifully. Oh! they also do a good job on your fingers if your not careful. By the way, they are not made to cut bone or frozen food, they will chip. I bought two sets of knives and got rid of my stainless steel ones. I love them.

They are simply amazing. They are so sharp I am somewhat intimidated.. They cut through a grape with out squishing or damaging the fruit. They slice through any sort of packaging.. the molded hard to open plastic with sealed edges, it cuts through better than an utility knife? I bought this set as a house warming gift..they tried mine and instantly fell in love. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I purchased 1 single knife at a retail store for not much less than this set and loved it. I purchased 4 of these sets 1 for my self and 3 as gifts and everyone loved them! I recieved my order even sooner than the expected recieve date.

These KitchenAid ceramic knives are great! Slicing is sooo much easier. Like cutting through butter. You do need to be vigilante with them. I cut myself (just a little), while washing them. I love them.
