My observation of these carbs first off was they were too cheap to be true, I ordered them just to see what they were like. When they came fairly quickly I will say due the very cheap postage and the fact that they were posted from the USA to the UK. First impressions are very nice overall look, good smooth casting, measurements all seem to be ok, butterfly machining very nice, good actuation of the throttle spindle and the slow run and idle drilling’s as accurate on the butterfly as some genuine Weber 48IDF’s that I was c9mparing them to. If the6 were stamped the same as the genuine units then I think you would be hard pressed to tell them apart. If you can tune Carburetors and have the time they will work.
Had problems with the floats. Attempted to adjust them several times to Weber specs and no luck. Watched video on Chinese's clone float adjustment. Adjusted float high to position 4.28 mm with gasket installed and they still flooded. Installed new Weber floats and problem was resolved. After all adjustments and replacing all 4 jet stacks with Weber parts they actually worked excellent. Would I buy again, only knowing what I have discovered.Had problems with the floats.
