While the seller has contact me, they haven’t provided a real solution to the problem caused by their delivery company. This is the first time I’ve experienced something like this on eBay, despite having a long and positive history as a buyer. I also feel that eBay take too long to step in and offer support. Overall, a frustrating experience. Still waiting for my money back.
