Shipped very quickly. Packaged perfectly. Responds to questions quickly. I bought 8 instruments each charged a $3.95 shipping fee all traveled in two layers of bubble wrap bags. It would have been swell if I was charged one shipping fee per package. Instead of per instrument. If I needed to order instruments I’d definitely check back with these people. It was a good experience over all.
