Might be worth noting that the postman seemed to have made a bit of a hash of the plastic bag packing that contained the individually wrapped door knobs. There was a large tear in it but all the contents were present. Could have easily lost some of them in transit so perhaps a double bag in future? Otherwise excellent quality and price. Thank you.
