I had to return the item because, between the time I ordered and received it, the washer was replaced before it could be fixed. So I never even opened the package. However, from ordering (over the weekend) to receiving it on Thursday, following the order, I got the notification, and the order arrived sooner than I expected. Considering I do laundry over the weekend, the arrival was just in time - if I was still able to use it.

I think this is one of those rare times when a defective item slips through the manufacturing process and gets put on the market. I The seller was great to work with and offered to send me a new replacement KOYO bearing. I opted for a refund & ordered another brand bearing offered by the seller. Have used Koyo before in my Honda Civic and they worked fine.
