Just right, worked perfectly for 1954 Chrysler Windsor flathead 6.

Old fuel pump works GREAT now. Nice quality kit. One thing worth noting, the replacement shaft will need to be staked in place. There is nothing on the new shaft to hold it's self in place, so the housing will need to be mashed with a bunch and hammer to prevent it from walking out. The original one has a ring that is swaged in place to hold the shaft in place.
