    Received quick shipping and item was exactly as shown. Was unsure if replacement shock absorber parts would hold up to original plastic part. Time will tell. Nevertheless, after four loads of laundry, the washer is performing well and the spin cycle is smooth and without knocking/uneven sounds. If the shock absorbers last a couple of years, the cost of DIY repair is far less than the purchase of a new washer. Wife loves the GE washer and happy her husband was able to repair it with these parts!

    Great product, was skeptical upon receipt of shocks, felt lightweight but they installed easy & work great. Machine now balanced, no more racket/loud banging noise in spin cycle.     Washer Shock Absorbers

    These fit my GE WSXH208F1WW perfectly. I didn't need the extra bolts or plastic holder. The install wasn't as easy for my machine as shown in a YouTube video. The front and back had to be accessed to install. Apparently, these have a live-span of 5 years before needing to buy a replacement.

    Didn't fit with white inserts/sleeves, fit OK with inserts removed

    I found the pins that secure the shocks on each end would not fit through the rubber donuts with the white plastic inserts installed. Howerver, by removing the plastic inserts the pins fit through the rubber donuts properly and easily. Hopefully the wear will not be accelerated by the white insert/sleeves being removed.

    Thumping Washer

    One of the shocks where broken in half. which made one of the springs on top break this unit was my sisters and she had given up on it, i was able to replace the shocks and it runs better than ever.
