    I do not recommend these for squatting. But I did not buy this for squatting. With proper bar placement they tend to roll down on you which can be dangerous and cause injury. But if you put the bar on your shoulders (which is incorrect form) I suppose you could squat with it. I squat without a pad. This is going to be perfect for hip thrusts (which is what I bought it for). Great price and fast shipping !

    Love the adjustability of the brace. Does it come in a 2x for future purchases? The straps being a bit longer (2").. would be super. I love it and recommend it highly
