    Great buy for the price.

    The product is very well made, shipping and packaging A+, the only downside I have seen so far is the operating instructions, while they are written in english, they were obviously not written by anyone American. Very hard to follow. There is going to be some trial & error while you learn to use the machine - so be prepared for that. Videos included on use of the machine are of an extremely poor quality. Luckily you tube has a lot of reballing, resoldering videos to learn from to help fill in some of the gaps. Have used the machine once so far to unsolder an 1151 socket from a motherboard and it works admirably but as I stated earlier there will be some trial and error probably in the learning curve for machine operation and heating levels.
