dealing with the seller was great but the delivery people said it was at the front door, NOT SO it was just put over the front fence near the fron gate and could have been stolen at any time, the front door is the front door not the front fence and as I am physically handicapped on walking sticks it was extremely hard to get it inside for me as it is heavy, it took me ages to drag it inside

Not Happy with the communication at all
I purchased this item as advertised (second picture) as it was a match for my existing unit (third picture) with a triangle shaped light.
They sent me a round light version (first picture) not what I purchased.
2 weeks of emails stating, "we will check with the warehouse" and then I'm told "Please be advised that you have received the correct item. It is just an updated version of the same product."
