The fluke 8060A was a top end meter in it's time, and I think it still is. It isn't auto ranging like a lot of the new meters today but I like setting the range myself anyway. It's very accurate, has great 4 1/2 digit resolution, and has the portability that I'm looking for.

As purchased product was as advertised and using two bodies plus these parts I ended up with two fully calibratable functioning meters.

Sure, unlike most recent meters, you have a manual range selector only. Hence, you must be acquainted with use of meters. But if you know (well) how to use meters, the you have a stable & accurate meter (I check calibration of mine from time to time on my 5100B, I hardly never recalibrate it). This multimeter was a flagship in its time - and is still today! However, if you purchase one, be sure you get a working one, since there are no more spares left, sadly, and most parts are Fluke custom parts (LCD, A/D converter and switch selector block)

This Fluke digital multi-meter is a high quality meter that has been discontinued by Fluke but has excellent specs, better than some meters in production today. Since it is no longer supported by Fluke repairs and calibration become an issue but other than that it will hold its own with the best of the handheld meter out there.
