Buyer sent us a picture of rope which had some excess strands in the outer braid. We requested some further pictures to verify what has occurred, and to determine a solution. Buyer did not send us any further pictures as requested and responded, "Do not worry about it, the effort involved is not worth it." Since the buyer did not respond with further pictures, we are unable to fully assess the situation and provide a resolution. Happy to discuss further with buyer.

Buyer received correct winch, however incorrect hook was installed on webbing, being a snap hook instead of S hook. This was due to incorrect label on external packaging. Buyer sent 2 emails and opened a return 8 minutes apart on a Saturday. This didn't allow us to resolve or respond in time. Return was happily agreed to with refund in full.
