I thoroughly enjoyed Taibo so I thought I might like this dvd and I was right. I especially like the idea of 10 minutes of exercise at a shot. Anyone can fit 10 minutes into their busy schedule. I like the fact that it targets certain areas of the body for 10 minutes at a time and it is certainly a good fast workout for each area. Also when I have more time I am able to get 30 minutes of workout in by combined three different areas of my body at once. I would recommend this dvd to anyone who like a high-energy workout with the most for a short period of time.
i am at the bottom of the fitness chain, below beginner when it comes to stuff like kickboxing :) this really made me sweat. ive only done it once so far but i'll definitely continue to use this video. i didnt do everything perfect or exact but it still worked! after a few uses i'll pick up on the moves. time goes by quick, which is awesome cuz 50 minutes of exercise is great, especially when you dont notice how long you've been working out for! i would definitely recommend this! ***
It's easy to follow; although I'm very uncoordinated so it takes me a few times doing it before I'm doing the moves correctly. I recommend this to someone who is just starting out. I didn't find myself getting tired so it's not extreme enough for me. I've been exercising for a long time though. This is the third 10 Minute Solution DVD I've tried and I've been satisfied with all of them.
I absolutely love this workout dvd! You can adjust your workout to fit into your schedule or your fitness level. I normally don't like alot of the workout dvds I have tried in the past, but this one is totally different. Keli Roberts is a great teacher and trainer. She stays with you and encourages you throughout. She makes sure you know the moves slowly first and then goes faster which is great for people like me that aren't that coordinated. I really feel great and accomplished after I do this workout and I notice a real difference in the way I look and feel.
At first I thought the workouts were a little bit boring, but then I got another DVD that was so "exciting" you couldn't learn the darn moves and get any exercise! So I had to rethink this one: I was able to follow it perfectly the very first time, and low-and-behold I keep going back to this one when I get frustrated with the more complex "dance" workouts. I also find the 10-minute segments easy to fit in when I'm in a hurry, which is often, so I'm very grateful to have this DVD in my library. I easily added hand weights, which made me feel like I was working harder. So, yep, this one's a keeper.
