In days when customer service is via text or non-existent, Hanna came through with flying colors. My pool pump died and the grandkids were arriving in 4 days to swim, swim, swim. I quickly learned that no one holds inventory anymore. The online pool 'superstores' are merely fronts that coordinate drop ships from the manufacturer with NO rush shipping available. Hanna had the impeller in stock, called me LIVE to coordinate a rush shipment. They are the BEST!
