Negative experience. No mounting bracket provided with the 800mm Stainless Black Double Towel Rail Rack Bar Holder Wall Mount Round. Asked for a link for one, sadly they can’t help. A useless purchase if one can’t attach it to the wall. It needs a mount, and seller not willing to assist. I’m happy to buy one, as the towel rack is excellent value. Never buy from 7 Star Bathroom Again. Very poor after sales service, great comms pre arrival of this useless product.
