- h***g (1694)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseUnpleasant experience- didn't end up getting the item so got a refund. Dodgy company. The description said flat pack available and video link to assemble but seller said not possible for flat pack & had to pay extra to get it assembled instead. Asked seller many times on what courier they used but no answer so can't track my order. On day of delivery they didn't arrive within timeframe given and no calls to say they were late so recipient had to go back to work and didn't get the item.Reply from: officeplan- Feedback replied by seller officeplan.- Feedback replied by seller officeplan.Wanting us to deliver exactly during a time frame when some one is home on a particular day is asking the impossible. We had to rescheduled 3 times and communicated with precision. Very difficult customer to deal with to say the least - stay away. Simply got angry because we tirelessly tried to deliver 3 times and could not get anyone there to accept goods. Never picked up the phone. How is this fair ?? Shameful to be honestFollow-up from: h***g- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.Please note we were offered the day and two time frames to choose from- (this was after a week of telling us their driver was sick!) it wasn't just any day and time that we can choose from! We waited for ages and never came on time. They definitely did not try to deliver 3 times. This is why we need messages and not phone calls. I have all this in writing as evidence.
