Although well padded with bubble wrap, the item came detached in shipment. And I WAS able to repair it. But I thought that it should not have been packaged in an envelope, or at least protected with cardboard. The seller's response was "I regret that the item did not arrive in good condition. But the piece is not broken, it just fell out of the hole.". AND he did offer a refund.
