The item wasn't even bubble wrapped just placed is an absolute ludicrous cardboard box made out of off cuts from other boxes and sent. Item arrived a few days past estimated arrival date, but it got here. I contacted the seller and I received a prompt/polite reply to just be patient and my order will be there. We can't control the flow of AUS Post, so that's very reasonable. Repeat customer and I would order drill bits here again. No issues, the seller responds and I get what I order!
