About this product

Product Information

The complete second series of the early 1980s TV drama focusing on two families returning to normal life after WWII. In 1948, people are slowly re-adjusting to life after the war. Owners of the local ironworks, the wealthy Warrington family face an uncertain future when they learn of Labour's plans to nationalise the industry. Meanwhile, the working-class Hayward's find their opportunities opening up as old class barriers begin to fall away.
