First item was delivered in a damaged state and leaking from the bottom, second one was delivered within two days and was brilliant about the whole thing and the conversations was spot on and communication was absolutely speedy ! No quibble no drama ,another was sent out and threw the first away. Second was sent extra securely and arrived perfectly which was boxed and packaged in bubble wrap! These things happen definitely and was impressed by the quality of customer service and effort put in !
